Finca La Torre is owned by Manuel Antonio Barrantes Zúñiga, winner of Cup of Excellence first place in 2015.

He and his family started Cafetalera Herbazú 20 years ago, which is one of the first micro mills of the country and a pioneering in the Coffee Processing in Costa Rica.

Zúñiga is also 3rd generation of coffee producers and all his family produces coffee and some of his sisters and brothers process their coffees on his micro-mill.

La Torre farm is 3 hectares, with 1 hectare for the San Roque variety, which he process it naturally for this specific lot.
