Café Rivense del Chirripó is a small family founded by Isabel Rojas and Régulo Ureña in 2005 and located in the southern part of Costa Rica, in the region of Brunca and specifically in a small area called Chirripo.

In 2019 micro-lot from Régulo ranked 5th and Isabel ranked 20th in the Cup of Excellence
Costa Rica, to be the first micro-lot from the Chirripo region in the top 10 of the Cup of
Excellence.

WHY DO WE LOVE RIVENSE EL MANGO - COSTA RICA?

The farm is managed with a sustainable system, focused on reducing the carbon footprint in the environment: by enabling appropriate shade to provide organic matter to the soil and to keep the coffee trees fresh; using fertilizers and annual soil analysis; Herbicides are applied to specific plots with vigorous herbs
