From the highlands of Boquete in Panama, Lerida Pacamara is grown at 1,600 masl on the Amelia Estate, a name long associated with some of the finest coffee lots in Panama. Pacamara is a rare variety known for its unusually large. cherries while giving sweet and expressive tropical character. Cherries were picked at their optimum maturation stage, followed by sorting them through flotation. Afterward, the cherries were processed naturally and dried slowly on African beds under the sunlight.
