Refund policy

Return and Exchange Conditions:

    • The customer can return or exchange the product within three working days from the date of receiving the order if the product is unused and in its original condition.
    • The customer has the right to a full refund with the store bearing the delivery cost in the following cases:
      • If there is a defect or damage in the product.
      • If there is a mistake in the shipment.
  • Products that have been opened are not returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or counterfeit brand. Note that non-exchangeable products are those that violate warranty conditions such as (misuse, cutting, breaking, opened product in an unnatural state, not following operating instructions, performing any external or internal maintenance, total or partial device malfunction due to using incompatible tools or spare parts).
  • The customer bears the return or exchange cost if the return is not due to a mistake in preparing the order from the store.
  • The product to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition and not damaged, and the customer must not have used or benefited from it. The invoice must be attached.
  • The customer cannot request a return or exchange for food products to ensure product safety and quality.
  • Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products:
    • The product that has been discounted for clearance or liquidation due to a defect that does not prevent the use of the product, with the defect being shown and clarified before purchase.
    • Custom-made products.
  • Products included in discounts and offers are not to be exchanged or returned except for defective products.
  • Return or exchange requests cannot be accepted after 3 working days from the date of receiving the order by the customer.
  • If a return request is accepted, it takes (7-14) working days from the date of accepting the return request for the amount to be refunded to the customer, depending on their bank.

Return and Exchange Steps:

  1. Please contact the branch or the online store from which the purchase was made directly to request an exchange or return.
  2. Secure the product or shipment in a proper condition.
  3. Attach the invoice with the product or shipment to be returned.
  4. A customer service representative will assist you in exchanging or returning the product after meeting the conditions.

  • Our policy is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify policies without prior notice to customers at any time.
  • Products purchased through installment programs cannot be returned; they can only be exchanged for other products of equal or higher value according to the above-mentioned conditions, with the customer paying any difference.
