Baho Rwanda 100G
In the Rusizi region of western Rwanda, between 1,600 and 2,000 meters, this coffee ripens in a cool, ideal climate thanks to the neighbouring Nyungwe Forest. It was born of a partnership between Baho Coffee and the farmers of Bweyeye, with the company overseeing every stage from seedling to drying and tending the harvest with great care, so that only the ripest cherries reach the station. Thanks to this dedicated effort, the coffee earned its place among prestigious auctions.
The lot was processed as a natural, the cherries dried whole with the fruit intact to concentrate their flavor. The cup is clear and elegant, with bright black currant, vibrant mandarin, and juicy peach, alongside rose-floral hints, orange, and apricot, where the sweetness of sugarcane and brown sugar interweaves with a clean, balanced acidity.
