Guji Siko - Ethiopia - Filter Coffee 250G
Deep in the highlands of Guji, Southern Ethiopia, at altitudes exceeding 2,300 meters, 560 small-holder farmers tend their plots in and around the villages of Siko and Haro Wachu. Each family cultivates between 1.5 and 2 hectares of land, growing food crops alongside their coffee. Traditionally, a way of life passed down through generations. Cherries are brought to the Haro Wachu Washing Station, operated by SNAP Specialty Coffee, where they are hand-selected and processed using the classic natural method.
This coffee showcases the wild, expressive character of Ethiopian heirloom varieties like Dega, Kudhume, and Weleshu. Grown in sandy loam and vertisoil, these beans yield a cup with distinctive depth and complexity.
Harvested manually between November 2025 and January 2026, this G1-graded lot scored 87+ on the SCA scale, reflecting the exceptional quality of both the terroir and the craft behind it.
