Rio Dulce comes from Las Marias Farm, a high elevation estate surrounded by native forest that provides ideal growing conditions for Geisha. This lot undergoes a meticulous washed process that begins with hand selecting fully ripe cherries, followed by careful depulping, natural fermentation, and repeated washing to achieve exceptional cleanliness. The beans are then sun-dried to their optimal moisture level. This method highlights remarkable clarity and purity in the cup, allowing its floral and fruity notes to shine, complemented by gentle sweetness and bright acidity that reflect the beans’ authenticity and outstanding quality.
