Mr. Ary José Solís is a coffee farmer from Pitalito-Huila municipality, with his plantation located in Filo de Chillurco town. He is characterized as someone who is deeply committed to coffee and for executing procedures that yield high-quality outcomes.
He has devoted his entire life to the broad field of coffee cultivation, working tirelessly and with unwavering devotion while keeping in mind that the knowledge that is considered the greatest prize will always be what is left. His children have also been fully involved in this culture, and he has learned how to run his farm, process, and taste his own coffee. Mr. Solís is aware of the characteristics of the coffee he grows and appreciates it.
